The concept
PCC24 stems from the automobile and competition world.
Dedicated to the enhancement of customer relations, it has developed for businesses a turnkey concept involving the setup of 24-hour kart races.
Initially designed for the development of trading image and relations, this product is equally proposed to works councils and HR departments.
The concept is based on 4 fundamentals:
- Challenge: a kart race open to all over 18’s
- Duration: a long haul event (12 or 24 hours), enabling the participants to share the same emotions
- Diversity: salesmen and their customers; works councils or various departments within the same company
- Track reputation: the Le Mans 24-hours circuit
The Alain Prost track hosts two types of events:
Single Company 24H : destined to industrial groups wishing to enhance their image, as is the case for the Continental 24H. The event brings together various departments or subsidiaries of the group, and is entirely orientated towards the challenge, development of team spirit, improvement and sustainability of trading relations.
Multi Company 24H: destined to bring together various businesses, which will challenge each other outside their working environment. Salesmen and their customers are often brought together, but also teams made up of members of various departments or of the works council.
In both situations, such events may also have a positive effect at human resources level: new environment + new challenge = new relations.
They may involve up to 40 teams of 5 to 10 members. They are mainly held during weekends, and are designed to equally accommodate newcomers and racing fanatics.
